There is a song by Talking Heads, a new wave 80s band called “And She Was”. I consider this the theme song of my life. The song, in my interpretation, is about a woman who exists in the world an observer first, and a participant when she is called to be.

I am a values-driven professional with a diverse skill set who thrives within “in-between” spaces.
I have always been fascinated by how human beings process information, share their stories, and structure the environments where they work and learn.
Relating back to the Talking Heads song, when I am observing the world, I am “floatin’ above it,” taking in the information I sense and see, then when I come back to earth to be “right there with it”, I use my observances to put actionable strategies to knowledge, narratives, and systems that keep the world moving, but to put it simply: better.
I am fortunate that my career has afforded me opportunities to cross traditional boundaries: from founding and scaling a specialized corporate operations and research firm, to authoring published history books, putting new structures in to corporate systems, strategizing high-stakes academic grants, and auditing complex community curriculums. Across every sector—academia, non-profit advocacy, and corporate operations—I kept encountering the exact same challenge:
Vital knowledge gets trapped in silos, critical stories go uncaptured, and operational systems break down when language and human needs are ignored.
As an Architect of Knowledge, Narratives, and Systems, my work bridges those gaps. I don't believe in surface-level fixes or rigid corporate jargon. Whether working one-on-one with an individual author to write a deeply personal memoir, unifying a scattered teams around an important grant submission, or deploying targeted operational diagnostics to dismantle workplace silos, my focus remains singular:
